“Ghost of Frankenstein” Sulfur Pit

Based on the end of the Universal Studios film, Son of Frankenstein, the monster is pushed into a sulfur pit. In the next film in the series, Ghost of Frankenstein, the monster, played by Lon Chaney, is seen in the sulfur pit and Igor helps to free him. Since the GoF film is in black and white the sulfur pit appears white and the just extracted ‘Chaneystein’ from the pit appears to be a ghost-like white when in actuality, he would be a yellow color from the sulfur since elemental sulfur is yellow. Well, the kind folks at Dimensional Designs took care of this and released a large 1/6th scale diorama of the monster encased in his sulfur tomb. All paints are acrylics.
