Creature From the Black Lagoon

These two 1/12 scale resin dioramas were obtained from Monsters in Motion.  Each diorama depicts an imaginary scene in the film, The Creature From the Black Lagoon.  In one, Kay Lawrence (Julia Adams), is seductively resting on a rock in the Creature’s cavern.  In the other the Creature has Kay in his arms as he is walking out of the water.  For both dioramas model railroad ballast was glued to the base to simulate sand.  For the water, Woodland Scenics Realistic Water was used and layered on with each layer given 24 hours to fully cure.  All paints are acrylics.
