The Invisible Man (1933)

 In Rare & Unusual

Moebius Models released a styrene version of The Invisible Man. In addition to the main character this diorama also includes a myriad of amazing pieces including an awesome array of glassware, books, rats, frog, and, of course, his nose. Since this kit is all styrene special care was necessary in the build up. Many of the pieces were left on their sprues and painted as subassemblies. The engineering of his left hand is of special note. The bandage holds up the gloved hand suggesting invisibility. All paints were acrylics. To add stability a wood base was jigsaw cut and glued to the styrene base of the model.
