“Alien” Astronaut Kane

The alien creatures designed by H.R. Gieger for the film franchise, Alien, are awesome and fearsome.  The first encounter with an alien is when astronaut Kane gazes into an open egg unknowing that soon a face-hugger will attached itself to his face.  This Polar Lights diorama is solid resin and was put together as subassemblies.  It should be noted that the helmet should be attached before the head or you will not be able to get the helmet over the head.  All paints are acrylics.  The egg is not glued in place so it can be easily removed revealing the resting face-hugger inside
