In The Outer Limits‘ TV episode, “A Feasibility Study,” an entire neighborhood was hijacked by the Luminoid people. The Luminous “bear” was released upon the world by the kind folks at Dimensional Designs. All paints are acrylic. The rope belt is the twine supplied with the kit.
