The Devil Bat (1940)

This version of Bela Lugosi in the film, The Devil Bat, is a combination of separate parts.  The Monarch version of the original Aurora Dr. Jekyll as Mr. Hyde 1/8th scale styrene kit was used.  Resin replacement parts from Escape Hatch Hobbies include the bat, Lugosi’s head and goggles, and upper body.  To add support to the styrene base a cut piece of MDF board was glued in place.  All paints are acrylics.
